Sola Sigurdardottir

My name is Solveig Sigurdardottir but most people just call me Sola. I'm a crossfit athlete from Iceland but right now I'm based in Bournemouth UK, where I study to become a Chiropractic. I've been in Crossfit for almost 8 years now but I started from scratch back in 2013. I absolutely love it and continue to push my boundaries every day. I've competed with a team twice at the Crossfit Games and I've competed at the European Regionals three times. I've also done more smaller competitions around the world and look forward to competing more in the future! So happy to have PhD in my corner for the 2021 season!
