Always use this product and in all 6years of using I've not been disappointed with any result. I maintain a healthy diet exercise balance and the diet whey protein powder really finishes off the result you are aiming for. Cannot recommend highly enough. If your looking for easy to digest and able to run straight after drinking with no sickness feeling this is the one to choose
