I am writing a review for all 3 products I purchased - cookies & cream, vanilla creme and salted caramel. All of them are great and nice tasting. Mixes well and they certainly work well for me as a balance for my health. Oh I’ve mixed all three together

Really yummy and filling. I drink it around 1PM, usually by the time i start to feel hungry. I wont feel my hunger till about 2:30PM. Usually by 1:30 i am starving i could eat a cow
